The main difference between women’s and men’s perfume is that women’s tend to have a sweeter, softer scent and usually contain more essential oils; men’s perfumes contain more alcohol and are generally stronger with scents of musk, leather, and wood.

Women’s perfume can be found in many different scents such as, light, fruity, floral, and musky.  Depending upon the occasion, personality, and character, a perfume must be matched with utmost care and consideration, not only for the person wearing the perfume, but also for those you will be interacting with, as well.

Many people have allergies to different ingredients found in perfumes; therefore, it is suggested you try a perfume before purchasing it.  For example, spray it on your skin and see the reaction you have to it after leaving it on for the entire day, as well as the way it changes its scent when in contact with your skin.

Most women have several perfumes to use for different occasions.  In order to enjoy them for at least a couple of years, ensure that you store them in a dry cool place away from the sun or heat.  If you have doubles of a particular perfume that you enjoy, keep the same in its original box in a drawer until you are ready to use it.  It is not recommended to keep a perfume for more then couple of years, as it will lose its original scent.

Always spray the perfume on the pulse points such as the inside of the wrists, inside the elbows, behind the ears, and between the breasts for the fragrance to soak into your skin and release its essence for the longest period of time.
